Budget Boss Mode: How Aca Keeps Flow Ninja in the Green

If Flow Ninja had its own currency, you can bet Aleksandar Milosavljević – or as we call him, Aca the Money – would be on the bill.

He’s the steady hand steering our Finance Department, the master of budgets, and the unofficial king of creative side hustles.

Before becoming our numbers guy, Aca’s career path was anything but boring. 

Born in Kruševac, he graduated from Kruševac High School before a brief detour into forestry studies in Belgrade (because, why not?). But when he heard there were open spots at the Faculty of Economics in Niš, fate – and a love for social sciences – took over.

He majored in Financial Management, topped it off with a master’s degree, and along the way, picked up experiences that make his CV read like a box of assorted chocolates:

• TV commentator for NBA games (yes, really)
• Taxi driver
• Tourist guide
• Seller of Telenor packages (a telecom company operating in Serbia)
• Social worker
• Public procurement and recycling officer (hence the Instagram nickname @recikler)
• Deputy municipal president
• Financial director of a public sector company

In other words: if it exists, Aca has probably done it – and done it well.

Aca is not only great at what he does professionally, but he’s also winning in his personal life as a caring husband to his wife Sonja and proud father to his two sons, Mihajlo and Andrej.

Flow Ninja and Aca: Where Balance Sheets Meet Ninja Skills

Aca first heard about Flow Ninja through a friend, who described it as a vibrant team of young people doing exciting work. His energy and curiosity made eight-hour workdays feel a bit short, so when he spotted an opening for a Finance and Administration Manager, he jumped right in.

The recruitment process? Aca-style. He recorded a video about himself, talked about what he could bring to the table, and impressed everyone along the way.

The rest is Flow Ninja history – or, in accounting terms, an outstanding investment.

Two and a half years later, Aca still says the best part of Flow Ninja is the people – a “perfect selection” of talented, driven, and friendly colleagues.

He thrives on improving processes, automating financial workflows, and making budgets and planning more transparent.
