Milutin is a Webflow Developer at Flow Ninja and one of the friendliest coworkers you’ll get to meet.

You might often find him casually strolling through the office, engaging in lively conversations with everyone he meets. His knack for making stellar Webflow sites is matched only by his talent for telling jokes and keeping the workplace atmosphere light and enjoyable.

A devout follower of MotoGP, he often discusses his favorite motorsport and his other interests, including anime and traveling.

Milutin’s professional journey has been quite exciting.

Like many others at Flow Ninja, Webflow wasn’t on his mind when he was supposed to decide what he wanted to be when he grew up.

“I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do. My parents suggested that being a land surveyor is an interesting occupation, and that’s why I focused on geodesy in my college.”

He didn’t find coding interesting in his teenage years, but admits: “It seems development followed me wherever I go.”

During his college years, Milutin’s cousin decided to help him find a job abroad, as Milutin was a little put out about his college. An opportunity to teach English in China opened up, and he quickly snatched it.

“I went there alone and stayed for a year and a half. Then Covid happened, and I had to return.”

During the pandemic, Milutin had plenty of time as he had to stay at home, and he was actively gaming back then. That’s when he met an online friend, a guy named Filip, who happened to be a member of Flow Ninja.

At that time, Milutin was already knowledgeable in front-end development, as it was something he learned during his China days as a hobby and possible side hustle.

Milutin and Flow Ninja

When Milutin applied for an internship position at Flow Ninja, he was working as an assistant in a surveying firm. He decided to quit his surveying career and focus on web development entirely.

“Filip told me about an internship at Flow Ninja, and I immediately liked what I saw. Webflow was pretty much the same as front-end development – but easier!”

Milutin applied for the internship and got admitted. To make things more interesting: his first day of work was his birthday.

“It was a bit weird, coming to the office on your first day and people I just met wishing me a happy birthday.”

How’s It Going at Flow Ninja, Milutinac?

Milutin has been an integral part of the development team at Flow Ninja ever since he started working at the agency.

“I don’t like when people say they’re like a family in their workplace. Yet, I definitely have this feeling of being part of a group of people who care about each other during and outside business hours.”

As for his favorite memory – Milutin couldn’t pick a single one, claiming there were too many worthy of sharing.

“I just enjoy being here, chatting with colleagues, making jokes, and spending quality time with them.”

If there’s an expression describing how Milutin fits in, it’s that he’s the life of the party, even if there’s no party, but it’s just a regular day at the office.

A Round of Rapid-Fire Questions for Milutin

We asked Milutin a couple of questions.

What is your favorite remote work location?

Work’s work and rest’s rest. I don’t like working while traveling. Therefore, my favorite remote work location is — my home.

What is your favorite client?

It’s a difficult question. I’d say it’s Eucalyptus. It was a pleasure working with them.

Can you recommend a movie or a show?

For the movie: I recommend the Korean “Parasite.”

Can you recommend a book?

The Flip Side by James Bailey

What’s your favorite travel location?

Hong Kong is my favorite urban go-to location. It’s like a 3D city. I would also like to visit Madeira, a beautiful Portuguese island.

What activity should everyone try?

Going to a MotoGP race. Everyone should also travel a lot, if they have the means, as it’s one of the best ways to meet the world, and learn more about other cultures and, consequently, about ourselves.
