What are your SLAs?
P1 (site down): 2-hour response, 24-hour resolution, 24/7. P2 (major issue): 4-hour response, 48-hour resolution. These are contractual commitments, not best efforts. See our SLA section above for full details.
What timezone do you operate in?
We're based in Serbia (GMT+1). US East Coast gets full morning overlap (6am-2pm your time). UK/Europe gets full business day coverage. Enterprise tier includes extended hours from 6am EST to 6pm PST.
Will our marketing team actually be able to manage the site?

What does the engagement model look like?
Most enterprise engagements start with Transform (strategic redesign/migration) then transition to Operate (ongoing WebOps). You get a dedicated pod—PM, design, dev—named in your contract, that stays with you.
