Experienced Technical Account Manager

You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between our WebOps pods and the marketing teams who trust us with their most important initiatives. You'll own client relationships, keep projects moving, and deliver what we call a "six-star experience", always one step ahead.

What you'll actually do

Weekly:

• Run projects using agile methodology, sprints, standups, the works
• Keep clients happy and informed (we call it "proactive communication," but really it's just caring enough to reach out before they have to ask)
• Schedule and lead client meetings
• Solve problems before they become fires
• Track timelines, tasks, and efficiency
• Keep ClickUp clean and useful
• Make sure deliverables hit the mark

Monthly:

• Lead planning meetings with clients
• Track workload across your accounts
• Coordinate with finance on billing
• Execute on "six-star experience" tasks—the small touches that make clients say "I literally call them my web team"

Salary: Technical Account Manager – €28K – €40K/year | Up to 30% monthly bonus
