Sales & Account Management Internship
Win the client, then keep the client. Both halves of the job are yours. Three paid months learning how this business works, coached by the people who do it best here. Then, if the 3-month assessment goes well, a Junior role with your own deals to close and your own clients to keep. One position, starting October.

What the job actually is
Flow Ninja is a B2B agency. Mid-market and enterprise clients come to us when their website should be earning money and it isn't. We fix that with Webflow builds, ongoing website operations, SEO, demand generation, and the strategy that connects all of it to their revenue.
Our commercial team works in dual roles: the person who wins the client keeps the client and grows the account. No handoff after the signature. That is the role this internship leads into, and it is the craft we would teach you.
Twenty-five to thirty companies contact us every month, and from month four a share of them becomes your book: first call, scoping, proposal, negotiation, signature, and then the relationship afterwards. Real deals with real revenue, deliberately chosen so you get volume and your mistakes are survivable.
The team you would work with
Small enough that you are in every conversation, senior enough that you are learning from people who do this at a high level.
Your (sales) team
And the people you work with daily once your book starts
- Delivery: Webflow developers, designers, SEO and demand generation specialists, and project managers. You scope real work with the people who deliver it, which is how you learn to sell something we can actually promise.
- Finance: contracts, invoicing, and everything that turns a signature into paid work. You will know these people by name.
- Leadership: always reachable, and they like being in the room. Our founders join client calls, strategy sessions and internal reviews rather than hearing about them later.
The path and the pay
Every assessment on this path has written criteria that reach you before you sign anything, and every review meeting goes into the calendar in your first week. You will always know where you stand, including whether the Junior role is on track. If that sounds clarifying rather than stressful, we get along.
Also included: private health insurance, a learning budget with money set aside for sales training, and hybrid work after the internship.
Who we are looking for
Experience helps and we value it, but we are hiring for temperament, because temperament is the one thing twelve weeks cannot install.
- You take feedback and visibly change what you do. We test for this in the interview.
- You write clearly. These deals live in email, and your application answers are the writing sample.
- You are curious about how companies make money. Our calls are about pipeline and revenue, not pixels.
- You like people as much as you like winning. Half the job is keeping clients for years.
- You hold a real pace: six to ten calls a week on your own book, proposals in between.
- Professional English, spoken and written. Every client call is in English.
- You are comfortable being measured. Your numbers are visible weekly.
Nice to have: any client-facing work at all, familiarity with websites, SEO or Webflow, and a CRM you have actually used.
Not sure what to attach, or what to say in a video intro?
Two prompts, in case you want them. Skip either, or both, if you'd rather say something else. Answers like these tell us far more than a CV does.
- Tell us about a time you convinced someone to change their mind or to buy something. What did you say, what did they say back, and what tipped it?
- Why sales, and why now? A real reason beats an enthusiastic one.
Practical details
Start: 1 October 2026, in Niš. The three internship months are in person, and that part is not negotiable, because the program runs on shadowing, live debriefs and same-day feedback. Hybrid after that.
Applications close 20 September.
The next move👇🏻
The job is winning people over, then keeping them. Your application is the first version of that.
