Apply

We’ll review your portfolio, financials, and delivery capacity. If you’re accepted, it means you’re at the level where we know you can handle high quality projects.

Get accepted

You’ll sign a simple agreement that covers non-compete terms, availability guarantees, and gives you the official Flow Alliance badge to display on your site.

Scale

Once you’re in, you get immediate access to new projects, our SOPs, and the private Alliance network. From day one, you’ll start working smarter, not just harder.

Deliver projects

Who can apply to Flow Alliance?

If you’re already running a solid Webflow or digital agency and can prove you deliver high-quality work, you can apply. We’re not looking for beginners, we’re looking for partners who are serious about scaling.

What happens if my agency doesn’t meet the standards?

You’ll get feedback and a chance to fix things. But if you can’t deliver at the 6-Star level, you’ll be out. The whole point of the Alliance is to keep quality high.

Can my agency eventually be acquired by Flow Ninja?

Yes. If you want to sell, we’re often the most natural buyer because we already know your agency from the inside. You’ll also have the option to join a roll-up when the time is right.

How does the project/revenue share work?

When projects come through Flow Ninja and are delivered by you, you take a fair share of the revenue. It’s designed to be win–win: you get consistent deal flow, and we ensure clients always get 6-Star results.

What systems and SOPs do I get access to?

You’ll plug into the exact playbooks we use at Flow Ninja to run projects at scale, from project management to QA to client communication. It’s everything you need to run smoother, faster, and more profitably.

What do you look for in a partner agency?

You need to show consistent delivery quality, a track record of happy clients, and the ability to take on projects without breaking under pressure. If you’re good, but messy, we’ll help you fix systems. If you’re sloppy, you won’t get in.

Why is this different from a regular partnership network?

Most networks just list you on a website and wish you luck. Flow Alliance is different: you pay to be part of a system that delivers projects, knowledge, and a real path to scale. We’re selective because we want every partner to thrive, not just “be in a directory.”

Do I have to pay to join?

Yes, there’s a membership fee. Think of it as buying into deal flow, proven systems, and an elite network. It’s a fraction of what it would cost to build those things on your own, and the projects you’ll get easily offset it.

How long is the application process?

Fast. Once you apply, we’ll review your agency, portfolio, and capacity. If you’re a fit, you’ll know within weeks.

Can I keep running my agency independently?

Yes. Flow Alliance is not about losing your identity. You keep your brand, your clients, and your way of working , you just get extra projects, systems, and support on top of that.
