Stefan Mikic

Stefan Mikić has led the technical side of Flow Ninja for most of the company's life. He joined in 2020 as Head of Development and stepped up to CTO in 2023 and then to COO in August 2026. He has been on the leadership team through every stage of the agency's growth. He is also the founder's older brother.

He did not arrive from software. He trained as a radiologic technologist and worked in the cardiac catheterization lab at the clinical center in Niš, holding both jobs for a stretch before committing to the web full time. That is an unusual route into a technology leadership role, and it shows in a bias toward reliability over novelty.
