Your site isn't broken, but running it keeps getting harder
Most teams don't leave WordPress over a single incident. They leave because the work around keeping the website healthy keeps growing.
Patching never stops and plugins pile up
91% of new WordPress vulnerabilities in 2025 were tied to plugins. The most exploited ones were attacked within 5 hours. Someone on your team has to keep up.
Updates aren't always enough
The PHP2Shell flaw sat in PHP itself and updating WordPress didn't fix it. Your host had to patch the server. Your website was vulnerable in the meantime.
Security reviews get harder with scale
IT asks what's installed, what's patched and who owns it. You spend time defending each new install with a business case and a software evaluation request.
Get a clear picture of where your website stands

Security
analysis
We review your WordPress setup, plugins and how recently each was updated. We match them against public vulnerability databases and rank every known issue by priority.

Sitemap and structure analysis
We map your site from its sitemap. We flag orphan pages, noindex and nofollow issues, and pages search engines can't reach. You see what to keep, fix or retire before any move.

Proposed
platform fit
We advise you which setup fits your business and marketing needs: WordPress, Webflow, Sanity, or something else. If staying is the better call, we say so and explain why.

We built a website and a body of content good enough that both Google and the AI assistants keep pointing buyers at us. The prospects who arrive from an AI recommendation already trust us before the first call, and this year they became our biggest source of new revenue.
What impressed us most was their continuous drive to make things better.
Flow Ninja by far is one of the most creative teams I've worked with. They were able to capture the look and feel of what we were trying to achieve when we set out to build a website that would attract enterprise buyers

I've never seen an agency so committed and dedicated to making things work for their clients.

Flow Ninja was incredibly responsive from the first sales call through launch. Design quality was high, communication was constant, and they hit our deadline exactly.

They are incredibly fast and clear, and often over-deliver in terms of communications and expectations

The Flow Ninja team and the Zingly team worked hand-in-hand over those six weeks to completely rebuild the design using best practices.

Flow Ninja quickly impressed us with their ability to adapt. They swiftly mastered our internal terminology, gained a deep understanding of our solution, and seamlessly integrated into our company culture.

The Flow Ninja team was great to work with: helpful, communicative, and collaborative. They listened and offered guidance when I needed advice. Their process and project management kept everything on time with no surprises, and they turned our visual ideas into a creative direction that brings our content to life.

Flow Ninja felt like a true strategic partner, not just a vendor. They took the time to understand our business, asked smart follow-up questions, and consistently gave us confidence they could deliver, even on an aggressive timeline.

Working with the Flow Ninja team was a delight. It's the first time I've worked with an agency where they felt as invested in delivering the best-possible result as we did.

The team felt genuinely humble. Other agencies tended to pitch with this pre-baked arrogance, acting as if the win was already in their pocket. We were never chasing sexy, glossy, self-promoting pitch theater. We wanted a crew that could actually deliver.

Initially, I was burned out on agencies. I actually avoided that word. I called my own studio a 'fractional team with an in-house feel.' But Flow Ninja proved me wrong. They didn't act like a vendor; they acted like part of my team. I literally call them my web team.

Nothing broke at launch, which is absolutely unheard of. 66% YoY increase in traffic and it's amazing. At first, it was silent and then we got so many messages, even from our competitors, like who is your marketing team!?

We came for a Volkswagen, but you guys delivered a Ferrari.

They made an impression on me right from the beginning, it’s incredibly easy to communicate with their team and even easier to work with them.
Flow Ninja has been an invaluable partner in designing and developing the resource center so that it’s user-friendly and responsive to our team’s needs. Thanks to their expertise and guidance, we’re able to create and modify pages quickly, test new features, and continually improve the performance of our content.

I would definitely recommend Flow Ninja to others that are evaluating agencies of this type. We've had an extremely great experience working with the team. They're very technically capable, and very responsive. The speed and the accuracy of the work has been great. And they are very collaborative, so it feels like an extension of our internal group here.

Working with Flow Ninja is like having a fully integrated core team that help you with everything from strategy to design to development.

We see Flow Ninja developers as part of our team as they adapted to our way of doing things. They are pushing boundaries with us and Webflow as a platform.

Flow Ninja has been a fantastic partner. Everything we've dreamed up, they've been able to build, and it's so nice working with experts in Webflow. The team is communicative, organized, and quick to deliver on projects.

Flow Ninja delivered a functional, well-designed site that was easy to use, navigate, and update. The organized team led a collaborative workflow, provided frequent updates, and was attentive to detail and the client's needs throughout. Their streamlined process and great work ethic stood out.

They are a great partner that takes a lot of stress off your plate and allows you to focus on your product. They take ownership of your partnership, which is fantastic. It’s just been a joy to work with Flow Ninja.

Even without the price difference, I'd still have picked Flow Ninja.
As a fast-paced tech company, we like to iterate and optimize our pages pretty often. Flow Ninja exceeded expectations in this regard. Not only did they build the pages, but also took the time to explain how things work and how to maintain the sites. This made it so much easier for our team and myself.

We’re thrilled with the work Flow Ninja did on our new website! The team was lovely to work with, always professional and communicative. Thanks to their expertise, our website now loads quickly and has a great user experience. Highly recommend them and Webflow CMS for anyone looking for top-notch web design and development.

FAQ
Is the assessment free?
Yes. Assessment is completely free with no long-term commitment. You keep the report, whether you stay on WordPress or decide to migrate.
Do you need access to our WordPress admin?
No. We review what's visible from the public side of the site, in 12 requests, the way any visitor's browser would.
How does the assessment work?
We open the site's public pages the way a browser does and read what they contain: plugin files and their version numbers, the generator tag, response headers, the RSS feed and the footer. We never log in, submit forms or test for weaknesses. Versions are matched against WordPress.org and public vulnerability databases; a vulnerability is listed only when the installed version falls inside its affected range. Dates are in UTC.
Do we need to prepare anything before the call?
No. Your website URL is enough for us to run the analysis. Bring anyone who'd want to hear the findings, like IT or your agency.
How long does a migration take if we decide to move?
Small sites take 2–4 weeks. Enterprise sites can take several months. Your business case includes a timeline for your site specifically.
