Working with the Flow Ninja team was a delight. It's the first time I've worked with an agency where they felt as invested in delivering the best-possible result as we did.

Intro

Giftify was landing enterprise clients through a website that still read like a startup’s first page, so Flow Ninja rebuilt it for two audiences at once: B2B buyers evaluating a strategic partner, and consumers on the same domain. Giftify helps shopping centers treat gift card programs as a strategic asset, a focus that’s earned it some of the world’s largest shopping center groups as clients, but its branding hadn’t caught up to that scale.

‍

What we did

Discovery and positioning
structured workshops to map dual audience journeys, content hierarchy, and brand direction
Art direction
brought in senior designers to finish Giftify’s visual identity, a system that later shaped trade show stands, social content, and sales materials
Content architecture
built out product pages, use-case pages, a resources section for thought leadership, and custom landing page templates with HubSpot integration
Technical build
added native Webflow localization in place of third-party tools, separated B2B and consumer journeys clearly

Challenge

A startup page for an enterprise business

Giftify's single-page, startup-style site no longer matched the sophistication of the conversations its team was having or the clients it served.

‍

A structure that worked against conversion

One page couldn't carry the full offering, the contact form was buried behind minimal CTAs, and there was no separation between consumer visitors and B2B prospects. Analytics showed quick bounces and low engagement, with nowhere on the site to publish thought leadership or showcase strategic use cases.

‍

A blocker to the marketing roadmap

With real investment already going into brand positioning, content marketing, and a HubSpot migration, the outdated site had become the thing holding that roadmap back.

Solutions

Giftify picked Flow Ninja over four other agencies for how well the team understood the business and how collaborative the process felt. Structured workshops mapped the dual audience journeys and brand direction first, with art direction, finishing the visual identity Giftify had started, treated as the most involved phase. The build covered product, use-case, and thought-leadership pages, HubSpot-wired landing templates, native localization, and separate B2B/consumer paths, and Flow Ninja kept working past the contracted scope after launch, rebuilding animations for better performance at no extra cost.

The results

The new site changed how Giftify is seen, inside and out. Comparing December year over year, engagement time rose 67%, page views per user 33%, and engaged sessions 50%. The B2B/consumer split paid off directly: more sales leads, fewer misrouted support inquiries, and a site the commercial team shares confidently: infrastructure solid enough that Giftify ran a Europe-wide survey of 7,500+ consumers across 9 markets, with early LLM pickup pointing to organic traffic gains ahead.
