A rebrand, a funding announcement, and a website that needed a second opinion
Flow Ninja felt like a true strategic partner, not just a vendor. They took the time to understand our business, asked smart follow-up questions, and consistently gave us confidence they could deliver, even on an aggressive timeline.

Intro
Flow Ninja partnered with Judi Health™ to unify two separate brand sites into a single Webflow platform. In 2.5 months, the team folded Judi Health™ and Judi Rx™ into one architecture, standardized page templates for future scale, and rebuilt the Insights section the internal team used to dread — driving a 66% increase in website traffic in the first week alone.
WebOps project team

Background
Judi Health™'s mission is to give the country the infrastructure it needs for the healthcare it deserves - modernizing healthcare administration with a unified technology platform that improves transparency, efficiency and access across pharmacy, medical, dental and vision benefits. Judi Rx™, Judi Care™ and Judi Cloud™ bring claims processing, benefits administration, care navigation and analytics into one connected experience, replacing the fragmented legacy systems that have long defined the category.
The website carries that mission in two directions at once. For health plans, employers, TPAs and government entities evaluating Judi Health®'s platform, it's the primary path to understanding the product and engaging with the team. For investors, partners and the broader market, it's the storytelling layer - the place every other channel, thought leadership, SEO, PR, paid media and campaigns, ultimately sends people back to. Members also visit, mainly to reach the portal, but the broader site is built to educate decision-makers, not just serve existing users.
The challenge
The legacy site was built for a different company. Its CMS was cumbersome enough that routine updates risked breaking something else on the site, page templates were inconsistent, and navigation didn't hold together across sections. The Insights area - meant to carry the bulk of Judi Health™'s thought leadership - was especially difficult to manage, which limited how efficiently the team could publish.
None of that would have mattered as much on its own, but the timing raised the stakes considerably. Judi Health™ was consolidating multiple brands into a single identity at the same time it was preparing to announce $400 million in funding in September 2025. A website is usually a prospective client's first impression of a company, and Judi Health™ needed one that reflected the sophistication of the story its sales and marketing teams were already telling, and the world-class experience its client services teams deliver every day. The old platform's technical debt stood squarely in the way of that.

The solution
With WebOps embedded as Judi Health™'s team rather than bolted on as an outside vendor, the project moved at the speed the moment demanded. Discovery, design and development were done in 2.5 months, and the new site went live in September 2025, the same day Judi Health™ announced $400 million in funding. This wasn't a coat of new paint on the old CMS. At that point, Judi Health™ and Judi Rx™ were still separate sites telling separate stories, and the WebOps team folded them into a single site with one architecture, one navigation, one voice.
Getting there meant relaunching the navigation and building a standardized set of page templates, so every future solution page, product line and campaign could ship on the same foundation instead of being built from scratch. Mobile held up across the board, and Insights - the one section the internal team used to dread touching - was rebuilt to carry the volume of thought leadership Judi Health™ leans on for its content strategy.
The architecture underneath does the real work: content organized by both solution and audience, so a TPA, a health plan and a government buyer each find their own path instead of wading through one generic site. And when the business grows, and it has, the foundation stretches with it. That's exactly what happened this July, when WebOps came back for a second phase: rebranding Capital Rx to Judi Rx™ and launching Judi Cloud™, the product that didn't exist yet at the original launch. The foundation built in that first 2.5-month sprint is what let phase two roll out as an extension of the existing site rather than another rebuild from zero.
The results
The launch itself was a strong early signal. Judi Health™'s QA process turned up very few issues, which meant the team could spend launch week celebrating rather than firefighting. The response since has been overwhelmingly positive - leadership viewed the new site as a real milestone in the company's evolution, and both internal teams and outside stakeholders have consistently pointed to its professionalism, clarity, and overall quality.
Traffic hit its highest point in company history during launch - a 66% increase in the first week alone, and that strength has carried into the engagement around every brand announcement since, holding steady even as AI-driven search has reshaped how people find their way to the site. Visitors are also spending more time in Insights, a direct signal that the content-led strategy is landing the way the marketing team intended.
Internally, publishing is faster, and content management is simpler, which has freed the team to focus on strategy and message rather than fighting the platform. The site has become the trusted source of truth that sales and marketing both point to when communicating Judi Health™'s value proposition, and the relationship has continued past launch, with Flow Ninja now working with Judi Health™ as a long-term partner as the site evolves alongside the business.
