What we did

The Background

Established in 2017, Re:Coded is a renowned global non-profit organization focusing on helping underserved talent in their journey to acquire new skills and forge pathways to fair opportunities in the digital economy.

Their impactful work has reached thousands of individuals through programs across seven nations. Simply put, Re:Coded provides access to training, career support, and a vibrant community, with a goal to help them to secure transformative careers within the digital realm.

The Challenge

While Re:Coded already had a website, they felt it hindered their ability to deliver a truly exceptional user experience. WordPress limitations made it difficult to implement the design and functionality improvements they envisioned. This frustration stemmed from a desire to create a more engaging and performant website.

Moreover, implementing the ever-growing educational content hub via WordPress was difficult, hindering long-term scalability.

They approached Flow Ninja hoping to bridge this gap and unlock the full potential of their online presence.

The Solution

Recognizing their desire for a faster site and more engaging UX, we proposed a strategic migration from WordPress to Webflow, which offered the ideal foundation for addressing their pain points.

We redesigned the site for a fresh look and feel that prioritized UX and functionality, unlocking a smoother experience for visitors. We relied on reusable elements, minimizing development time and ensuring a fast-loading website. Moreover, we utilized custom design and collection structures to optimize page load times.

The Results

By partnering with Flow Ninja and migrating to Webflow, Re:Coded gained a website that empowers its marketing team. Webflow's user-friendly interface allows them to publish content and experiment with marketing campaigns independently, reducing reliance on external developers.

This newfound autonomy translates to faster turnaround times for content updates and marketing initiatives. Additionally, Webflow's capabilities enabled Flow Ninja to craft a visually stunning, smoother, and faster website that delivers a superior user experience.

This combination of agility, content ownership, and a performance boost empowers Re:Coded to stay ahead of the curve in the fast-paced digital landscape.

The Accomplishment

  • Marketing agility – Webflow empowers the marketing team to publish and test, reducing reliance on developers.
  • Enhanced UX – A stunning, smooth, and fast Webflow site delivers a superior user experience.
